1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Content2Map (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Content2Map is a software-as-a-service application that uses artificial intelligence to extract location data from web content (URLs) and display it on an interactive map. The Service includes a free tier with limitations and a "Pro" subscription plan with additional features.

3. User Accounts

To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct and Content

You are solely responsible for the content (URLs) you submit to the Service. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Engage in any activity that is abusive or violates our policies. This includes, but is not limited to, automated or excessive bulk creation of maps that could degrade the service for others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create (your maps). By creating a map and setting it to "Public," you grant Content2Map a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, and distribute your public map through the Service (e.g., on the Explore page).

5. Subscription and Payment

Our "Pro" plan is offered on a subscription basis. All payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to their terms and conditions. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Subscription" link in your user profile. If you downgrade from a Pro plan to a Free plan, any public maps you created will be automatically converted to private maps.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the location data extracted will be 100% accurate. In no event shall Content2Map be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
